Xiaomi has announced that they are launching full AI functionalities on their certain phone models. This includes features like the XiaoAi input assistant, AI image search, AI photo editing, AI real time subtitles, XiaoAI text to image editing and client-side album feature.
For this, users must update their phones to the latest system version to access these features. The rollout of these functionalities is expected to be completed this month, but the exact timing is not mentioned by the official. For now, the AI photo functions, which use cloud-based algorithms to generate virtual images will be free during internal testing period. Once fully promoted, there will be a cost of 6 Mi coins required per generated image.
The supported model for these AI features will include the Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, Xiaomi 14 Pro Ti, Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Redmi K70, Redmi K70 Pro, Redmi K70E and Redmi K70 Ultra. Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro, Xiaomi Mix Flip, Mi Mix Fold 4 and Redmi Turbo 3.
