Vivo is expected to launch its next generation of foldable phones, the Vivo X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro, in China this month. A leak suggests the launch could happen during the last week of March, on March 26, 27, or 28.
This launch event may also see the introduction of the Vivo Pad 3 and Pad 3 Pro tablets.
The Vivo X Fold 3 is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and marketed as the thinnest and lightest foldable phone yet, with an affordable price tag. The X Fold 3 Pro is expected to be a premium offering powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
In addition, the X Fold 3 pro model is expected to have 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. Also, the Pro model could be the first Vivo foldable that is both dust and water-resistant.
