According to “Wall Street Insights,” vivo emerged as the leader in China’s mobile phone market share during the Spring Festival. The latest data reveals that from January 22 to February 11, 2024, vivo (including iQOO) captured market shares of 16.5%, 17.6%, and 17.7% in sales, respectively.

Notably, the W5 and W6 models ranked first in activation volume market share among all brands, with W4 leading in activation volume market share among domestic brands. Additionally, during the period from January 1 to February 11, encompassing New Year’s Day and the Spring Festival, the vivo X100 series accounted for 12% of the market, securing the top position in the $500 to $700 flagship price range in the Chinese smartphone market.
On the evening of November 13, vivo unveiled the X100 series during a new product launch event. Presently, the vivo X100 and vivo X100 Pro models are available, starting at 3,999 yuan. The vivo X100 boasts the world’s premiere MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor, a vivo self-developed imaging chip V2, a built-in 5000mAh blue ocean battery, 120W dual-core flash charging support, and a Super Retina 8T eye protection screen with a 1.5K resolution and high refresh rate.
Noteworthy, the vivo X100 Ultra is in preparation and is anticipated to launch later this year. It will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon flagship mobile platform and a one-inch main camera sensor.
