Anapass, a leading display component manufacturer, will supply display driver ICs for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. Anapass’ ICs are included with T-cons which transfer media data to the driver and then to the screen. Anapass is the third largest DDI supplier in the world.
Galaxy S24 FE will use a new DDI chip-on-film packaging which Stemco will manufacture. The new DDI will help in a more bezeless screen and thinner display that may refine the body design and weight properties. Anapass is expected to produce a large quantity of DDI for Samsung
Over a million Galaxy S24 FE stocks are expected to launch in the summer of 2024.
