Realme’s Chief Marketing Officer, Francis Wong, announced in an interview that the company is testing a 300W fast charging technology.
Realme aims to advance their current 240W fast charging, used in the GT Neo 5, which fully charges a phone in 10 minutes. And now they are testing a 300W charging tech. Wong did not provide specifics on how they will manage heat dissipation and ensure battery longevity at this higher wattage. This follows Redmi’s demonstration of a similar technology earlier this year. Further details and commercial availability are yet to be disclosed
