Honor 200 series launched in China, soon to launch globally on June 12th

Recently Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro launched in China on May 27. Both the devices are now only available to preorder via the Honor website and the retail sale will start on May 31. Both devices will be released worldwide on June 12.

Honor 200 series features

The Honor 200 comes with a 6.7-inch full HD+ OLED curved display with a 120hz refresh rate. The display has a peak brightness of 4000 nits and 3,840hz PWM dimming rate. The device’s hardware includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Adreno 720 GPU. There is a 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and internal storage of 512 GB. Honor 200 runs on MagicOS 8.0 built on Android 14.

The camera of the Honor 200 has a triple camera module – a 50MP primary lens with 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX906 and OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX856 lens. In front, there is a 50MP Sony IMX906 camera.

The Honor 200 Pro also comes with the same 6.7-inch OLED display, but the hardware includes a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, a 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB internal storage. It also has MagicOS 8.0. The camera of the Pro version also has the same configuration as the base model, but it uses the main 50MP camera with 1/1.3-inch OmniVision OV50H sensor. Also, the Pro model has the same front camera but with an additional 3D depth camera integrated.

Battery and Sensors

The Honor 200 series comes with a 5,200mAh battery with 100W fast charging support and has all necessary sensors like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC and USB Type-C, etc.

Colors and Pricing

The phones are available in Coral Pink, Moon Shadow White, Sky Blue, and Velvet Black. The prices for the base model start at CNY 2,699 (INR 31,000) for the 12GB+256GB model and the Pro model start at CNY 3,400 (INR 40,200).
