Google will release the Google Pixel 8a in their I/O event on May 16. As mentioned previously, the phone will come in four colors: Obsidian, Porcelain, Mint, and Bay. Recently some render of silicon cases for the Pixel 8a leaked which has a sticky finish as said that is both dirt and dust resistant.
Pixel 8a will also have some additional features regardless of some design and color changes like Screening Call Assist feature, Circle to Search, Audio Magic Eraser which reduces distracting noises of surrounding wind and other chants while recording video, Night Sight for low light photography and Google One VPN. Google is also promising a 7 years of security upgrades for the Pixel 8a.

We previously reported the pricing of the device by a Canadian retailer, which is a bit more than the Pixel 7a. While it’s important to notice that there is not much change from the previous Pixel 7a, except it has Tensor G3 of the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro models.
