An Unknown Realme phone appeared on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Gen series

The Realme RMX3851 model has surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking platform featuring the latest Snapdragon SM8635 processor.

Key Highlights:

  • The Snapdragon SM8635 is Qualcomm’s newest processor from the Snapdragon 8 Gen series, built on a 4nm architecture and paired with an Adreno 735 GPU.
  • Geekbench scores reveal 1580 points for single-core performance and 3865 points for multi-core performance on version 6.2.2.
  • The motherboard is codenamed ‘pineapple,’ previously associated with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipsets. It boasts 16GB of RAM and runs Android 14 OS.
  • With an octa-core chipset, three cores run at 1.84 GHz, four at 2.61 GHz, and the highest core peaks at 3.01 GHz.
  • While the marketing name for Snapdragon SM8635 is not official, it’s expected to be a lighter version of the current Gen 3 chipset.
