Recently, a tipster disclosed on Weibo that the Xiaomi Redmi K80 Pro is anticipated to have a 3x telephoto lens and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The Redmi K80 Pro is a flagship phone which will equip a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, a 2K screen and a 5500mAh battery. But there is no other information about the device available yet, like its camera, design, etc.
Another rep, etcort from Chinese media stated that the companies like Xiaomi, OPPO, OnePlus and Realme are testing ultrasonic fingerprint for their flagship phones which will replace the old optical fingerprint scanner. While the optical scanners are responsive and security pack but it seems that companies are not more interested implementing the sensor except a few like Meizu 21 series, iqoo 12 Pro, etc.
